Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you meet this requirement. The Admin portal is intended for adults (18+) acting as league administrators or course operators.

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@attest.golf if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Submit false or deliberately inaccurate scores
• Attempt to bypass, manipulate, or subvert the attestation mechanism
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Services
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the Services
• Impersonate another user or person

The integrity of scoring data is foundational to Attest. Deliberate falsification of scores may result in immediate account suspension.

The Attest player app allows you to enter scores hole-by-hole, attest playing partners’ scores, and submit verified rounds to your league. By submitting a score, you confirm that it represents your actual performance during the round to the best of your knowledge.

Attestation via Bluetooth constitutes your digital signature on a scorecard. False attestation is a violation of these Terms and the spirit of the game.

The Attest Admin portal is for authorized league administrators and course operators. As an admin, you are responsible for:

• Inviting and managing members in compliance with applicable laws
• Ensuring members are informed of how their data is used
• Using exported data (including Golf Genius exports) in compliance with your league’s own rules and applicable regulations

Admin access is granted by Attest and may be revoked at any time for misuse.

The Services, including all content, features, and underlying code, are owned by Attest and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that results will meet your specific requirements. Attest is not responsible for disputes between players or league members arising from scoring disagreements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Attest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections 6, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
